I did masters in new media design from National Institute of Design (NID), a premier design institute in India. About Company NetApp provides network storage solutions that enable virtualization, cloud computing and storage efficiency to improve efficiency, agility and big data.

Project Brief While working on another project for NetApp, we came across the interface of the customer care center software. This software is extremely crucial to the number of queries handled each day at the center, thus also affecting the sales of the company and salaries of the call center executives. The software was quite tedious to use and we approached netapp with a new design. Constraint was that they had very recently the not-so-efficient SAP software and could not afford the time or cost for a new one.

Project Brief As a Masters Thesis project, I worked on the possible scenario of touch-based ultrasound machine. For this project, I worked with the engineering team of the ultrasound department.
Project was done during 2007-2008. Lot of details are not being shown here as the product is now being developed.
