The &esti%al is s#onsored by the Temescal Telegra#h (ommunity $ssociation )TT($ *dba the Temescal Telegra#h +usiness ,m#ro%ement District-. The TT($ was &ounded to re%itali.e the economic #otential o& the Temescal, one o& /akland0s oldest neighborhoods. This year0s e%ent &eatures &our stages *1ain stage, 2id0s stage and two 3a.. stages- and #romotes local cra&t artists and cultural #er&ormers, who re#resent the rich mosaic o& culture &or which the area is &amous.
