FullyalarmedthatIsraelhasillegallybuiltJewishsettlementsintheWestBank, whichwasgrantedtothePalestiniansinthe1993IsraelDeclarationof Principles,

NotingthatthePalestinianshavebeenlivinginrefugeecampsformorethan50 yearsinextremelyovercrowdedareas,andwithpeoplelivinginconstantfear, displacement,andpoverty,inboththeWestBankandGazaStripalongwith

anumberofhostcountriesincludingLebanon,SyriaandJordanaccordingtothe videoRefugeesforaSecondTime,

RemindstheIsraelisaboutObamasaying,Nobodyissufferingmorethanthe Palestinianpeople,asstatedbyObamaPositiononIsrael,

RecallingthattheUnitedKingdomisdeeplyinvolvedasapeacemakerinthis conflictandhasalwaysplayedakeyroleindiplomaticaffairsaroundtheglobe asclaimedbyWhatBritaincandoforIsraeliPalestinianpeace,

2.Welcomingaliberalenvironmentwithopendialogueforleaderstoconsult

3.StronglycondemnsthebuildingofnewJewishsettlementswithinthe designatedareaoftheWestBankandGaza

4.Expressesit'shopethatthetwosidessetatimelinewherebytheJewish peoplemovefromtheirsettlementsintheWestBankbackintoIsrael

5.FurtherrequeststhatthePalestinianshavetherighttoreturntodesignated areaswithinIsrael,whichwereformerlyconsideredPalestiniancommunities

7.AffirmsasaferandmoreprosperousenvironmentforPalestinianstolive

8.PersuadestheUNtosetupanaidprogramforPalestinianterritory: (a)Startandsupportnewjobswiththehelpofoutsidecountries (b)ProvidefoodandmedicinetothoseinneedmostlyinGazaandthe WestBank

9.EncouragesIsraeltoacceptthebordersoftheWestBankandtheGazaStrip, andrecognizingPalestineasalegitimatestate
