    -- 02/06/2007 -SelfishNet doesn't connect to network card in promiscuous mode anymore.

    Some INT EL cards were having problem with that. -- 04/06/2007 -Changes made to enable running Selfishnet on a Vista machine (npptools.dll added ). This release will work on Vista and XP machines, but not on 2003.
