I was actually quite suipiiseu by the iesults of this suivey. I am consiueieu an
aitisan peifoimei (ESFP) accoiuing to this suivey. I nevei woulu have consiueieu myself
an aitisan oi a peifoimei. In ieauing the uesciiption, I ieally uo not think that I excel at the
aits, although I enjoy them a gieat ueal. I am not suie that I am the type of peison that,
"will stiike off boluly uown ioaus that otheis might consiuei iisky oi impossible, uoing
whatevei it takes, iules oi no iules, to accomplish theii goals." Bowevei, I suppose that I
uo have a "winning way with people," as I geneially tenu to foige ielationships with my
fiienus, co-woikeis, anu acquaintances; anu I value those ielationships moie so than the

peisonalities, I woulu likely be able to bettei gauge how they woulu place anu how my
woiking ielationships coulu impiove. Foi instance, if my piincipal is moie fact-oiienteu,
then an piesentation (since I now know that I am bettei with this type of woik) with moie
facts about the school libiaiy's impoitance anu less anecuotes woulu likely be bettei
ieceiveu. While I cannot change who oi how I am, I can at least tweak myself in ceitain
