Nursing Testing Programme Passing Certificate -HAAD Current and up to date detailed resume 5 passport photographs Full valid Passport copies (all pages) Country Specific High school completion certificate + Transcript of High School Professional qualifications Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree/ Post Graduate Transcript of professional training must include theory and clinical hours Practicing Professional License valid and current from home country Registration License, PRC from each country where you have been employed to meet
minimum requirement of 2 years experience post internship If you worked in a country and for a government facility where you practiced on your home license (e.g. Saudi Arabia) please ensure to summit certificate of employment in place of certificate of good standing

10. Relevant Experience to the position: 11. Official certificate of service (COS) from an authorized person at health facility. Must be from HR or Hospital Director 12. COS must specify the position held. 13. COS must specify the employment period/duration (At least one year in Medical / Surgical ward for nurses) 14. Scanned COS must be clear and readable. 15. Date from (dd/mm/yyyy ) to (dd/mm/yyyy). 16. Experience must be in a substantive post (Volunteer work and training is not acceptable) 17. A certificate of Good Standing from your current place of work from the Regulatory Authority no more than 3 months old 18. Red Ribbon for all certificates (For Philippine Nationals). 19. UAE MOH Evaluation/Licensure if applicable
