ALAN PARKER CONSTRUCTION WAS STARTED IN 1976 BY ALAN PARKER AND CONTINUES TO GROW IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY RESIDENTIAL REMODELING CONSTRUCTION. THESE GENERAL COMPANY POLICIES ARE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES OF ALAN PARKER CONSTRUCTION, AND EXIST IN ADDITION TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL JOB DESCRIPTION AND EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW AND UNDERSTAND OUR COMPANY'S WORK ETHICS AND WORK RULES. TIME TO PICK UP LUNCH IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AS PAID TIME. YOUR SUPER"ISOR MAY CHANGE THESE HOURS TO SUIT "ARYING CONDITIONS. OFFICE WORKING HOURS MAY "ARY. O"ERTIME *O"ER -& HOURS PER WEEK+ MUST BE AUTHORI.ED AND WILL BE PAID AT TIME AND ONE HALF RATE. DO NOT CLOCK IN MORE THAN -& HOURS PER WEEK UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORI.ED. IF YOU ARE ILL, OR HA"E A SPECIAL PROBLEM AND CANNOT REPORT TO WORK ON TIME, CONTACT YOUR SUPER"ISOR OR THE OFFICE BEFORE 7%&& AM.
