March 17, 2014 Dear Exhibitor: Welcome to Planet Heart, a project of We, The World, a not for profit 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) organization, celebrating its 8th Annual World Peace Earth Day event Thursday, April 24th, 2014 at the Manhattan Subud Chelsea Center from 4pm to 11pm. We are very excited about having you join us this year. Due to the success of past years, we selected a larger venue to accommodate this years programming and participants. Our 8th annual event will feature an Expo with two panel discussions on eco-consciousness, peace and sustainability with world leaders, live music, sacred ceremonies, exhibitor tables, healthy food, inspired motivational messages. We are expecting upward of 300 guests. Planet Heart is committed to building a conscious community as we honor Mother Earth and focus our intentions on world peace and sustainability. Our publicity and marketing campaign reaches over 30,000 people thru our co-sponsors, such as WBAI, We, the World, Evolver, Good News Broadcast, Meta Center NY, New Realities, A Better World and other conscious co-sponsors and organizations. We are inviting you to participate and requesting your support as an Exhibitor. In exchange for your tax-deductible donation, you will be listed in our program, on our website, and participate in our vendor exhibition at a table to distribute your materials and sell your products.
