request for information Dear Edith Louis, Please consider this is a written request for the full name and address of my landlord. Please provide this within the next 21 days as required by law. Additionally I would like the name and address of the rental company you are part of (and youre business partner who is writing up the paperwork). Please note that 15 Glamis Court is insufficient for these purposes due to the fact that its the rented property and you do not live there. Please also consider this a written request for details of your HMO licence. Could you please provide these details with the 21 days as stated within the licence. Please provide these in addition to the tenancy agreement, deposit details, inventory and receipts I asked for on the 20th of November. I have previously given you notices of repairs I think need completing to make the property habitable: On the 20th you advised there was a curtain rail. I would like to notify you that I cannot find the curtain rail you referred to and would like one installed. The shower is in a poor state, it has little to no pressure and poor hose length. For the price I am paying I feel the washing facilities are insufficient on the account of it causing me skin problems. I bought up the subject of the guesting clause previously; I would like to get it reworded. You mentioned the point was to stop people unfairly moving in. Therefore I would like it changed to if a guest is in occupancy for more than 2 consecutive days, then they may be charged 10 per additional night and consent must be given by the landlord. Finally, I would like to reiterate my desire to leave the property. I feel you have gone back on your word after saying that we were able to reduce the tenancy to 6 months. The prospect of staying there for the entire 12 months is affecting my mental health.
