Book Reports are due on Wednesday, December 5 . Students should complete their book report form and
hand it in along with their book jacket (book cover) representing their book.

NOTES: Students should be reading their fiction book of 100 pages or more for their next book report. A book report form
will be given to the students, and the students should make an attractive and colorful book jacket (book cover)
representing their book to turn in with their report. The book report will be due December 5th.
