PROGRAM MINGGU TRANSISI PELAJAR TAHUN 1 2014

Theme: World Knowledge Topic: Where Am I Bahasa Inggeris Tahun 2 0800 - 0900 Focus Skill: Listening and Speaking Learning Standard: 1.1.4 Able to talk about a stimulus with guidance. Learning Objective(s): By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: 1. Listen and circle the correct words about buildings around the school compound Activities: I. Teacher shows a short clip about a school; the clip highlights the different buildings found in the school. II. Teacher starts a short QnA session and gets pupils asking about the clip. III. Teacher puts up a school map on the board. She asks pupils the different buildings and locations found on the map. IV. Teacher asks the pupils about each building and location; she gets them to describe things they could relate to each place. V. Teacher distributes a worksheet to each pupil. VI. Teacher gets pupils to listen to her describing about a building and circle the correct word given on the worksheet. VII. Prinsip Rekaan penegasan, kepelbagaian, kesatuan 1.2.1 Mengenal dan menyatakan jenis-jenis media alat, bahan 1.2.2 Mengetahui penggunaan media serta proses dan teknik dalam penghasilan karya Objektif: Pada akhir pembelajaran, murid dapat: 1. mengenal dan mengetahui bahasa seni visual, media serta proses dan teknik pada karya lukisan berasaskan teknik capan. 2. Menyatakan dan memahami bahasa seni visual, media serta proses dan teknik pada karya lukisan. Aktiviti: 1. guru mempamerkan contoh lukisan bertemakan objek buatan manusia menggunakan teknik capan kepada murid. 2. Guru menekankan tajuk, tema dan objektif pembelajaran kepada murid. 3. Guru memberi sedikit contoh dan gambaran kepada murid proses penghasilan karya menggunakan teknik capan. 4. Guru dan murid bersama-sama menyiapkan karya masing-masing. 5. Theme: World of Knowledge Topic: Where Am I Focus Skill: Listening and Speaking Learning Standard: 1.2.3 Able to give: (a) simple instructions in school. (b) simple directions to places in school. Learning Objective(s): By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: 1. Listen to teachers instructions and mark directions on the map correctly. Activities: I. Teacher recalls the previous lesson by asking pupils about school map. II. Teacher puts up a school map on the board. She writes three different instructions on the board Go straight, Turn left, and Turn right. III. Teacher asks them how do they give directions if somebody asks them directions to a particular building around school. Teacher introduces the three directions. IV. Teacher models some examples of giving instructions to some places around school. While doing so, teacher gets pupils to listen to the instructions carefully. V. Teacher gets some pupils marking some directions on the map before giving all pupils some tasks to work on. VI. Teacher checks on each pupils production and gives assistance. Reflection:

Tema/Topik: Manusia: Kenali Gigi Kita Standard Pembelajaran: 2.1.4 Melabelkan struktur gigi iaitu enamel, dentin, saraf, salur darah dan gusi.

Objektif: Pada akhir pembelajaran, murid dapat: 1. mengenalpasti dan melabel struktur gigi dengan betul. Aktiviti: 1. Guru meletakkan gambar struktur gigi di hadapan kelas. 2. Guru menjelaskan setiap struktur gigi berserta fungsinya. 3. Guru membuat sesi soal jawab secara ringkas berkenaan setiap struktur gigi dan fungsinya. 4. Guru memberi satu lembaran kerja kepada murid and menyuruh mereka melengkapkan carta struktur gigi yang diberi. 5. Guru berkongsi jawapan bersama murid sebelum meninggalkan kelas. Refleksi:

Perkara Hari : Rabu Aspek: Penghargaan Estetik Pendidikan Muzik Tahun 5 0730 - 0830 Item: Nyanyian: Memberi respon warna ton, tekstur, tempo Hasil Pembelajaran: (a) Membanding beza konsep muzik dengan betul bagi tiga buah lagu yang diperdengar. (b) Memberi respon dari segi ton, tekstur dan tempo dalam lagu-lagu yang diperdengarkan. Objektif: Pada akhir pembelajaran, murid dapat: 1. Membanding beza konsep muzik yang berlainan dalam lagu 2. Memberi respon tentang penggunaan warna ton, tekstur dan tempo yang berbeza dalam lagu Aktiviti: 1. Guru membuat ulangkaji ringkas berkenaan topik yang terdahulu. 2. Guru memperkenalkan input baru kepada murid warna ton, tekstur dan tempo dalam nyanyian. 3. Guru memainkan beberapa potongan lagu dan membanding beza konsep lagu yang dimainkan. Penggunaan ton, tekstur dan tempo yang berbeza juga diberikan perhation. 4. Guru membahagi murid-murid kepada beberapa kumpulan. Theme: World of Knowledge Topic: Where Am I Focus Skill: Reading Bahasa Inggeris Tahun 2 0830 - 0930 Learning Standard: 2.1.1 Able to recognise and articulate initial, medial and the final sounds in single syllable words within given context: a) /oa/ , /igh/ Learning Objective(s): By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: 1. spell and read the words by phonemes correctly when asked by the teacher Activities: I. II. III. IV. V. VI. VII. VIII. Reflection: Teacher play a short clip about sounds. Teacher introduces the phonemes /oa/ and /igh/. Teacher puts up a reading chart on the board. Teacher gets pupils to read after her. She highlights the words in red. Teacher drills on the words and emphasizes on the spelling. Teacher gets some pupils to spell and read the words on the board. Teacher gets everyone to spell and read those words; they repeat until they can spell out the words. Teacher closes the session by playing a spelling game.

Learning Objective(s): By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: 1. Combine letters to form words with the phonemes /oa/ and /igh/. 2. Segment words by sounds to spell. Activities: 1. Teacher recalls on the previous lesson and highlights the words taught earlier on by getting some pupils to give examples of words with the phonemes /oa/ and /igh/. 2. Teacher puts up some word strips on the board. 3. Teacher models some examples of word blending to the pupils. Afterwards, she gets some pupils to try out in front of the class. 4. Teacher also models some examples of word segmenting and gets pupils to segments words later on. 5. Teacher gives pupils a worksheet to complete. 6. Teacher checks on pupils worksheet.
