Executive Summary
Last year, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg (USFSP) sent 14 students to Buffalo, NY to attend the longest running creativity conference in the world. These students spent four days participating in world class workshops and learning extensively about the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Process and leveraging that for group dynamics.
The CPSI Conference sparked confidence and inspiration in those students and many of them used that passion to start initiatives in their community. After returning from the conference, the students who attended were better equipped to effectively plan, organize and execute these initiatives. Knowing how powerful this event was for 14 students, it would only make sense to invite others along for the journey.
The USFSP Entrepreneurship Club would like to organize sponsored transportation of a charter bus from Central Florida to the conference in Buffalo, NY. Having sponsored charter bus would be greatly beneficial to student attendees because they would be able to get to and from the conference free of charge. In doing so, this event would provide opportunities for collaboration between the student leaders attending the conference. It would also create synergy and key relationships to generate change after the event.

CPSI Conference exposes attendees to speakers and workshops that are unique, yet applicable to everyday life. Going to this conference is an educational experience as well a cultivation of career, entrepreneurship, and leadership growing skills.
Being in a student leadership position after attending CPSI, I found myself able to lead any discussion. Positions and titles melted away, as the group naturally communicated better. By using the creative skills I learned and teaching them to others, we stopped working for anyone and started working with each other - more happily and productively than ever. - Lazar Anderson, USFSP Student Government Chief of Executive Operations

By using this mode of transportation, we are able to offer a synergetic experience to leaders of many universities. This will be an opportunity to share and collaborate on eachothers involvement on campus, build a network of student leaders from around the southeast, and be inspired to do more in the community.
Post-event is arguably just as valuable as the event since students will have a long ride home together, after building relationship, and being pumped with an intensive education in Creative Problem Solving. This is where we will facilitate conversations around campus improvement; equipped with the tools from the conference, and the resonate relationships created, generation of ideas and plans for improving their campus is inevitable. Students will return home with cutting edge skills, inspiration and ability to make change, and strong relationships with many other university leaders.
