Sub: Modification in engine oil u! "trainer. With the introduction of 2515 TCIC model, the engine was moved backwards to accommodate the intercooler. For doing so, the oil sum has been modified and conse!uentiall" the oil strainer was modified. We have received a few com laints of oil strainer breaking from the flange end on 2515 TCIC vehicles. #ased on the feedback, Works have modified the strainer ass". The flange has been strengthened $ rocess changed from machined to forged. The modified oil um strainer has been introduced effective from chassis no %%%&21'()*222+, from -une. -l refer hotogra hs given below.

In order to attend the vehicles with the com laint of oil um strainer breakage, the modified oil um strainer assembl" is released in loose condition for s are arts ur ose. We are arranging to osition these modified oil strainers at 5egional Ware 6ouses. The art numbers of the modified $ old oil um strainers are given below. 7ld 1 2525 1315 &118 9ew 1 2525 1315 &1%&. The new art is interchangeable with the old art. -l lace order for the new art on 5W6 and arrange to re lace on the affected vehicles. Incase of old strainer failure lease fit the modified one. -l raise "our order on 5W6 for socking. In case if an" old strainer is available in "our stock, the same ma" be returned to 5W6.
