Talend will Synch only Verified Leads based on unique static ID with distinct value of members and coach, instead of Email id.

Ldap Store data instantly

Postgres Database Coach

Employee will create instantly from ETL and relate to user based on the distinct value in menu Member

LDAP will store unique static Id of PHP, Username, and Password & Email to OU= Customer and OU= Employee, Based on account reset page distinct value for Coach & members
