problem areas or areas to improve in delivery of Java Sessions , We will not be able to
touch all areas of success and failures .

a) You are effective in presentation to small groups .

b) Effective in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings: one-on-one, small,


but not in large groups

c) You are unable to give interesting and well-received formal and informal presentations
to large groups of students. fresh You be more appealing in narration

d) You need to learn to become a popular master presenter and draws a crowd by your
his or her reputation, leaving them with the sense that his or her presentation was well
worth their time and as per required level of audience.

e) You are able to communicates effectively, both inside and outside the organization
only on simple topic but not complex topics.

Pradesh) and your Conduct during Baddi trip, Based on this Observations and your own
self assessments of your Sessions and conduct , send the explanation and plan of action
in next 7 days (by Tuesday 5PM) "How will you improve on these points ".Please note
that : these are specific to your problem areas or areas to improve in delivery of
Sessions and you conduct , We will not be able to touch all areas of success and failures .

a) You are overly responsive to customer demands i.e students demands , you had
already ready made circle of students whom you could not break some set notions , some
set practices which were practice in your winter sessions .

b) You were too willing to change established processes and timetables to respond to
unreasonable students requests and the same time you make too many exceptions and
not form consistent policies, practices, and processes for others to learn and follow.

c) You are able to give interesting and well-received formal and informal presentations to
large groups of students. fresh with more appealing narration with energy but the
sessions are made up many discrete activities in which continuity in less prevalent .
There
are huge dummy activities in your sessions , there is huge piece of time which passive
in your sessions there fore students are feel lot of freedom ,leading to real breakthroughs.

d) In your session too much time is spend on building rapport , building networks, and
glad-handing.

e) Many times you are misinterpreted as easy-going or easy to influence; not taken as
substantive by some.

f) You have too strong a desire to be liked, and many times avoid or freezing your face
of necessary negative or unpleasant transactions.Invest too much in some relationships at
the expense of others. Many times feel uncomfortable with relationships where
everyone's not equal.

g) Many times not taken as credible take-charge leader when necessary by people .

h) You are overdependent on authority figures for advice and counsel and at the time
shut out other sources of feedback and learning

i) You prone to speak out your mind or spill the beans syndrome when things go wrong
in life .You may even
share sensitive information inappropriately just to solidify a relationship.

j) You need learn to not set analysis priorities and unlearn do too much of the analysis
personally so that you are not
may get hung up in the process, miss the big picture, or make things overly complicated.

k) Many times you try to demonstrate your skills in your sessions in such a manner it
seems that are overdevelop or depend too much upon technical and functional
knowledge and skills at the expense of personal, interpersonal, and managerial skills of
your peers.., and ymost of the time you accept own solutions.

l) You need to neutralize you accent more while speaking in English .

m) You need to be more technical sound in dealing your subject Knowledge . There is
clear miss match in "Knowing that" or Facts or figures or understanding the subject and
skills you have . You have been training students to do "Presentations " and You know
the how to give Presentations but at the same time your knowledge of giving "How to
give excellent presentation?" is trivial .. You need study more depth of your subject be an
extra -ordinary soft skill trainer without pushing students with great effort.You need to
learn more to get
the out put more effectively from students.
