( also brought in military uniforms, to ma%e the lesson more affe#ti$e. /his introdu#tion lesson plan was re#ei$ed &uite well by 1s.-hite.s #lass. <uring this lesson ( tied in the benefits of how hard wor% in s#hool now will pay off later on in life. ( tied in aspe#ts of #ourage, integrity, and #ommitment throughout the #lass dis#ussion. /he students had a lot of &uestions for me about the military and my tra$els. ( found this lesson to be &uite benefi#ial to the students. /he photos in my PowerPoint presentation really registered with the students, and ( #ould tell they made a real #onne#tion with me and the lesson by their &uestions and enthusiasm they displayed during the lesson.
