Registration Details
Location Seccia Lobby Start Time 8:45a.m. End Time 9:15a.m.

All attendees will arrive and be directed towards the registration table to receive a gift bag, name tag and brochure. If they have not yet registered they will be pay $30 and receive a name tag and gift bag. Thy will all receive one raffle ticket to place into the desired prize box on the prize table (just behind the registration table).

Seccia Lobby Layout (registration and Career fair)

Career Fair Details


Location Seccia Lobby Start Time 10:30a.m. End Time 2:30p.m.

Professional will arrive and be directed to the registration table. They will be greeted and showed where to set up for the career fair.

Ballroom C/D Details


50 tables will be set in crescents to accommodate 300 attendees. Buffet tables will be placed in the back of the room for Morning snack and lunch. There will also be one round table in the back for dessert. In the front of the room a projector, screen and microphone will be set up. Morning snack, lunch and both Keynotes (Dave Lorenz and Brandon Solano) will take place in the ballroom.

Ballroom C/D Layout

Each room will have a pitch of water and cups for the speakers. Grand Galley A-E will have a projector and screen set up. They will all be set to seat 75 attendees in classroom style (pictured below). After every breakout session attendees will receive one raffle ticket to place in a desired prize box.

Two trash cans placed in Ballroom C/D Louie the Laker will arrive during the end when announcing prizes. He will also be available for photos. Way-finders will direct students to the registration table from the Grand Galley. Gail Zemmol will be introducing Thomas Hass and talk about what the day look like at the start of the summit. Grand Valley President Thomas Hass will give an introduction speech. After 3 students will have Q&A time and ask questions for him to answer.
