10. Geetika,et.al(2008),dioscussed the concept of internet banking,perception of internet bank customers,non-customers and issue of major concern in internet banking.

The study revealed that the design of the website, technological upgradation,security features,customer friends lines, value-added services varies from bank to bank. The study also revealed that uses of internet banking give emphasise on excellent services,followed by branch name. the reseaecher highlighted that since there is a greater concern for security emong the non-uses the banks need to introduce such security measuces which are highly valued by the customer,such as high security password tips on the website and customatical lockout on multiple incorrect password entry. The author conclude that it is important for the banks to study not only the perception of the people whovisit bank as customers but also the one who uses internet but currectly not using internet banking services.
