INSTRUCTIONAL MOVIE TRAILER

Color Group Project / Vincent Van Gogh / Impressionism
Hello Everyone, below you will find some helpful hints about creating an Instructional Movie Trailer using special effects using a green screen. Most of the supplies you will need for this project have been provided for you. As you can see, we will be using a pretty nice size green screen throughout this project. Also, I do have a few cameras that I am willing to check out to groups if needed. However, they are limited. So, if your group does not have access to a digital camera that takes video, please talk to me early about that and I will do the best I can to accommodate you and your group. As always, if you run into problems please dont hesitate to email me with questions (gobel@owosso.k12.mi.us). I will get back to you within 24 hours. I am always available during our scheduled class time as well.

Task Summary:
Group Project: Color / Vincent Van Gogh / Impressionism: Instructional Movie Trailer (20 Points, Weeks 6, 7, & 8, Due 10/29) o In this project, you will be divided up into groups of 3 or 4 students to create a Digital Instructional Video to help explain one of the three assigned instructional topics for the units discussed in weeks 6 thru 8. View the online resources provided in the MATERIALS section of the assignment instructions. Each group member will be responsible to play an active part in the instructional video. You will be responsible for completing this assignment, uploading it onto YouTube, and presenting your final project to the class. Be creative and have fun! There will be a rubric provided for the assessment of your final presentation. o At the conclusion of each Element of Art and Artist of Research there will be a written assessment of knowledge gained throughout the instructional process. This will serve as your research assignment for the Color Project. You are required to review and fully understand and retain the important information throughout each assignment.
