How to Use:

These adorable and fun student awards are perfect for the end of the year. They are a great way to celebrate student accomplishments together! Have each student complete the survey form. For younger students, read the categories out loud. They should fill in the name of the student who they think deserves that award. Next, you should tally the results. You can do this as a class, or you can do this yourself. Since there are ten awards, you could have the first and second place winners each received that award. Then, print and fill out the awards with the students names, the date, and your name. Finally, present the awards to your wonderful students! I hope you enjoy this freebie!
