    ################################################################ ## Important Note Before Upgrading To 1.0.5.14 ## ################################################################ 1. Firmware 1.0.5.14 is not compatible with previous firmware versions.

    Once upgraded to 1.0.5.14, the device needs to be FULLY RESET and RE-CONFIGUR ED MANUALLY. 2. Backup file from previous firmware versions will not work to restore the conf iguration on devices already upgraded to 1.0.5.14. 3. However, it is strongly recommended to back up the configuration, in case som ething goes wrong. Grandstream support team will help to recover configuration data from the bac kup data. 4. Grandstream UCM development team will provide a data migration tool to covert the backup data to the newer format for release 1.0.5.14. 5. Once upgraded, downgrading to any previous firmware versions is NOT SUPPORTED .
