In Thomson Reuters Internship as an accounting analysis there are some set of qualifications that must be fulfilled. They are looking for any students that is pursuing an accounting or accounting information systems degree. With this they need a student that has strong written and verbal communicating skills. An intern as an accounting analysis is required to have strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to complete its assigned work in an organize way. The intern must have the ability to multitask on projects in an effective and productive manner. The student must be available to work fill0time from early May through mid-August. With this it will be a plus if the student has knowledge over bookkeeping and/or payroll, and has prior experience with accounting software. I am a strong candidate to fulfill this position due to my eligibility in all the requirements asked for. As a student right now in pursuing an accounting degree. With this I have had prior experience with accounting software do to my involvement in the Multinational Business Academy enabling me to learn how to control, work with, and understand this program. Currently I am taking my last English class which I would have completed by the end of May 2014. With this class I am confident I have acquire the strong written and verbal communications skills asked for. Not to mention that I have been communicating with people in many of the campaigns in which I participated while recruiting students to join the MBA. As a main officer in the Student Program I have been face with a wide variety of problem in which where needed to be solve immediately and efficiently helping me obtain a strong analytical and problem solving skills while also permitting me to learn the skill of multitasking in a organize way. I will be finishing this semester in early May giving me the opportunity to be able to fully focus in my internship without any problem. I would like to work closely with an experience accounting analyst which will enable me to comprehend accounting software giving me the knowledge needed to be able to evaluate the softwares functionality and usage. I believe this is a great opportunity to gain some knowledge of the accounting field. Giving me the opportunity to be more confident about my actions and projects in the future. And all of this is offered in this internship. I will be able to work closely with an experience accounting analyst, I will be able to provide my opinion which will help me see where I need improvement or if I am seeing things in a different way. I feel like this intership has a lot to offer and I would greatly appreciated if I am giving the opportunity to take advantage of its options offered.
