Created and executed guidance lesson plans for middle school classes on a weekly basis. Actively ran and participated in parent-teacher conferences while collaborating with teachers and parents to come up with plans to promote academic success in students. Created and facilitated an organizational skills group for 8th graders transitioning into high school. Met with the 8th grade cohort individually and in a group setting to go over elective selection for high school. Created their 9th grade schedules in eschool once this was complete.
