Enclosed is a January 20, 2006 letter from Michigan congressman John Conyers, which he sent to twenty U.S. telecommunications and Internet company executives, including Mr. Ivan Seidenberg, Vorizon's president and chief executive officer. The letter asks questions that are exactly relevant to the matters of concem to the complainants, to our request for a Commission investigation, and to the Commission's Notice of Complaint to Verizon.
