for Non-Employees (CDPNE) is a highly selective scholarship program for Saudi high school graduates; It is run by the largest company in Saudi Arabia (Saudi Aramco Oil Company). Reason of selection: I have chosen this activity system in particular because of the massive change it made in my life. CPP year is the main reason behind choosing me this activity system; It is the first year of the CDPNE program. CPP is not only a collage preparation program; its more of a venture with people from all around the world. I worked with students from different regions and religions. I got the honor of being taught by teachers that came all the way from Japan and through it till Canada; this itself extended my perceptions and points of view. This year was really very challenging turning point. Sources People to interview- : CDPNE is a five years program: CPP year + four college years. And then the student go back to Saudi Arabia and work in the same company. So, I choose to interview one person from each year to have the maximum amount of information as possible: before college, while studying abroad, and the work environment after graduation.
