some people say that during the Middle Ages, Europe experienced it was very terrible and the

dark ages was truly dark. in the medieval l time period it was a lot of attacks and plague going around. it was a lot of people dying and the government system was gone. i think the middle ages was truly dark. according to frantz funck brentano it was a lot of barbarians attacks. The invasions spread successive over the south. Alot of towns and other parts of europe was gone.society has no longer any government "They sacked town and village, and laid waste the fields" "they burned down the churches and then departed with a crowd of captives" because of what the barbarians have did it was no longer trade. The conditions were terrible. Since it was no trade people begin to ravaged fields to avoid the violence the anarchy. It seemed that nobody was doing well, people gone to cower in the forests or inaccessible regions. because it was no government people gave up with the feudal system. the feudal system was obligations to vassal to lord and lord to vassal. if the vassals would give loyalty, military, ransom(if needed) the lord with give them a protection, government and land. The middle ages were truly dark because the turks and the arabs had gotten a lot of control. "The turks and the arabs have attacked them and have conquered the territory of romania (the byzantine empire). the empire was falling down. The turks and arabs occupied more and more and destroyed the lands of christians. Because of what they were doing that led them to always take down the holy land for christians. "they killed and captured many, and have destroyed the churches and devastated the empire" everything was going wrong. It was no more churches for christians. A lot of christians have been killed to. It was no form of government or protection. it was bad because if people had no government they had no form of rights. they wasnt able to do anything have land, loyalty, military. I think the middle ages was truly dark . According to agnolo Di Tura in 1348 it was a terrible disease going around called the plague. Plague was the cause to social upheaval. Alot of people died from it. "They died by the hundreds, both day and night, and all were thrown in ditches and covered with earth." The disease spread fast. "There was no one who wept for any death, for all awaited death. It was no way to get of the disease it just kept passing it on to other people. " and so many died that all believed that it was the end of the world".

some people may say the dark ages wasnt truly so dark. some people will say that because , a lot of good events took place in the middle ages. gray c. boyce is saying it was important ideas and knowledge passed

I think the dark ages was truly dark. It was many different horrible things going on at that current time. People were struggling and had no protection for them. Alot of people were dying and it wasnt no authority or direction to lead them in the right path. .
