Personality Assessment

I am going to focus on leadership skills, responsibility, and artistic ability. Since entering high school these three traits have been mostly dormant aside from artistic ability. I chose responsibility because I am a chapter officer for this school year and I must live up to my title, even if it means giving up a substantial amount of social aspects in my high school career. Personally I dont mind sacrificing little things to help out my chapter. I vowed to excel and better the chapter and with that come great liability. Leadership skills tie into responsibility in certain aspects. I used to be very distant from conducting participants to partake in events. Since my freshman year I have improved a considerable amount. I would consider myself a very admirable leader currently in the FFA chapter as well as in the school district. Thinking back to my adolescence I can honestly say I wasnt the best artist, but with years proceeding into a possible future in art I can now say that I have made an increasing amount of improvements. Art is my passion and the countless hours I spent perfecting my craft deserves attention, which is why Ive chosen art education as my career path. Responsibility has always been a strong character trait that I have. I have managed to obtain good grades during my senior year. I have put forth a substantial amount of effort towards the school district as well as the Springport FFA chapter and by that Ive learned responsibility. I have also responsibility through living with my mentally impaired brothers. Since I can remember I have helped out my mother with them and keeping track of their medications and doctors appointments. This has been an ascendant attribute to my personality. I have grown to be an independent woman with a lot of liabilities. I am happy with my abilities to place responsibilities first in my life.

Ive held artistic ability for as long as I can remember. This year I am enrolled in advanced art; by being a part of a class with higher expectations I have pushed myself to achieve the common goal of success. I have excelled tremendously in my artistic ability. Based off of the pieces that I created during my first year of high school you can tell how Ive advanced. During the final few months of my high school career I am proud to say that I am going to pursue my undying passion for the arts by becoming an art educator. I have been involved in the Springport FFA Chapter since my freshman year at Springport High School. Being involved in such a huge organization really brought me out of my shell. I am now able to stand in front of people, raise my hand in class, and voice my opinion. Since I was elected an officer for the year 2013-2014 I have went out of my way to be a role model for the chapter as well as the school district. I have encouraged several students to try their best and become better individuals through other organizations other than FFA. Ive been actively involved in the musicals since my freshman year. Starting with set work and back stage make up to being a lead in this years performance I have grown as an actor. I aspire to be a role model to the student of Springport High School and through my leadership skills I am able to do so. Being awarded the title of Winterfest Queen boosted my confidence this year and showed to me that my hard work and dedication paid off.

Leadership skills, responsibility, and artistic ability are easily the main three character traits I possess. In the future I will continue to excel these traits through my career. By teaching I will be able to help my students acquire these qualities and grow in success in their futures. These traits are key features of the person I am and show my potential as an adult. My personality shines through these qualities and I only hope to improve them .
