Martin Village, East Coast, New York 16 December 2013 The Manager Pasta Galore 345 St. Anthony Street, East Coast, New York Sir/Madam: I am writing to complain about one of your service crew named, Peter, for his inattentiveness. It was around 6:00pm of December 15, 2013 that my wife and I decided to eat in your restaurant. By the time we were in our seats already, no crew attended to us. So, we had to call for the attention of this crew that is very busy chatting with some customers, which I think were his friends. My wife, then, ordered for a carbonara but what was given was a mac in cheese, and Peter did not even bother to replace the order after explaining that the wrong order will be charged to him. Likewise, we have to call his attention from time to time to follow up my order, and for the water and tissue which I think must be given alongside with the meal. Will you please attend to this matter as soon as you read this letter? I am very much concerned about the experience of some of your customers when they encounter this kind of situation.
