Broccoli Aloo aur Paneer ki Subzi

A simple vegetable stir fry with an unusual combination of vegetables. Broccoli is a very
good source of folic acid and fibre, potatoes provide carbohydrates and paneer
contributes calcium and protein to this dish.
Try this garlic flavoured stir fry with hot phulkas. I guarantee that you will love it.

Ingredients
1/ cup !adras onions, peeled
1 cup potato, diced unpeeled
1 cup broccoli florets
1/ cup paneer"cottagecheese#, cut into strips
1 teaspoon ginger$garlic paste
1 teaspoon chilli flakes "paprika#
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste
% to & cherry tomatoes "optional#

How To Proceed
1. 'eat the oil, add the ginger$garlic paste and onions and saut( for a few minutes.
. Add the potato and salt and saut( for another ) to * minutes.
+. Add to + tablespoons of water and the broccoli and cook till the potatoes are
done.
