Carrot And Green Peas Sandwich

Ingredients
4 brown bread slices, lightly buttered
1 carrot, par-boiled and finely chopped
4 tablespoons green peas, boiled and slightly mashed
2 tablespoons grated cottage cheese (paneer)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste

Method
1. Heat the oil and fry the cumin seeds until they cracle. !dd the green chilli,
"egetables, cottage cheese and salt.
2. #oo for 2 to $ minutes.
$. %pread the mi&ture on 2 bread slices e"enly. #o"er with the remaining bread
slices.
4. #ut into two and ser"e.
