Carrot and Paneer Toast

Ingredients
3 brown bread slices
1 teacup grated carrot
50 grams grated paneer
1 tablespoon finely chopped tomato
1/4 teaspoon chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon butter
salt to taste

Method
1. Toasts the bread slices.
2. Mi the carrot! paneer! tomato! green chilli! coriander! butter and salt. "i#ide into
three.
3. $lace one portion of the miture on each toast. %eat in an o#en for a few minutes.
4. &er#e hot.
