St. Patrick School will be co-hosting the I.E.S.A.

State Track Meet on Friday, May 16

at
Eastside Center in East Peoria!
We would like to thank everyone who has already signed up. We are filling up the sheets and will be sending home notes
with your assigned jobs soon! However, we are still short of help for the 2
nd
shift both days! We need at least
30 workers for each shift. Currently, we have 14 for the Saturday afternoon
shift. We are also short for Fridays 2
nd
shift.
As official co-hosts of the meet, St. Pats will be responsible for staffing and working nearly 100 jobs, from gate and
concessions to collecting money for parking, on both Friday and Saturday. This is an excellent chance to help St. Pats
and our students!
The Athletic Committee used last years money to purchase new bleachers for the gym and donate to the church tornado
relief fund! This year, we will be purchasing new girls basketball and volleyball uniforms. We have also purchased
doors for the gym, computers, and many other school improvements in past years. Please sign up even if your children
are not in athletics.
This project is a tremendous opportunity for St. Patrick School, but it does require a lot of help from everyone! Students,
in grades 5-8, as well as all parents, grandparents, parishioners, and friends are all encouraged to sign up.
