Search By Structure option
Conduct searches for chemical structures
within various document formats on your file
system: Microsoft Word and Excel; Adobe
Acrobat PDF files generated from
ACD/ChemSketch; structure related formats
including ChemDraw, MDL (Symyx) ISIS, and
SDfile; and all of the ACD/Labs database
formats.
Not only can you perform exact structure searches, you can also
search by substructure. Added options allow you to preview search
results, open search result documents in ChemSketch as well as
other applications, and store search results for later access.

The searchable formats include:
SK2, MOL, SDF, SKC, CHM, CDX, RXN, PDF (Adobe Acrobat), DOC
(Microsoft Word), and XLS (Microsoft Excel).
Searchable formats for ACD/Labs databases: CUD, HUD, CFD, NDB,
ND5, and INT.
Microsoft Word documents with structures created in ChemDraw or
MDL ISIS can also be retrieved.
