1. What is white privilege?

White privilege is the advantages that the dominant racial groups holds for example
opportunities, benefits, etc.
2. Why are a handful of white men able to move money/transfer/steal money (economic
meltdown)?
The white men were able to move money, transfer, and steal money because they were high
up there and were treated better than any other people for example African Americans and
Mexicans, etc. I think it is how we see and view people through racism. So I personally think
that is how it was.
3. Police and Racism (drugs).
As of society there still people out there that are racist , and think whites are above everybody
for example African Americans, Mexicans, etc. It leads to the indication that police think they do
not do anything wrong and they only believe African Americans, Mexicans, etc are bad people.
And I believe it does lead to racism when people just think like that and assume right away.
4. Black, Brown & White housing policies (preference).
The black , brown and whites housing preferences were that whites had these housing polices
helped white families with FHA loans, while people of color were excluded from the same
programs they had, so basically they had an advantage.
5. Government and its relation to whites.
Government and it's relation to whites were treated in a higher aspect and had been in a better
situation and life for themselves, I believe they were better treated than any other colors and
better bonding I think.
6. Welfare: White women and Black/Brown women
In addition when you think of welfare between white women and Black/Brown women white
women will get priority first no doubt about that because like I said earlier they are a higher
class, above the non-existence I would say. We are not important.
7. Tim Wise has said, I want my country back. What does that mean?
When Tim Wise mentions, " I want my country back," he is saying I want everything how it was
with no racism, everybody getting along as one big family, and for colored people not to be
mistreated as anything else.
8. Have Barrack's election changed the racial climate and opportunities?
Through Tim Wise's exploration of whether Barack's election changed the racial climate and
opportunities, it has changed in a way where whites believe that racism has ended in which
contributes to the idea that anyone can make it if they put all their effort in it.
9. White names/Black names/Latino names --- how do names connect to employment?
I think names connect to employment because when we apply for jobs they look at everything
gender, race, etc. And see if they want to accept that person or not because they looked at their
profile and saw what they did not like , it can be racism.
10. Can President Obama discuss race? Are we post racial?
President Obama can discuss race because he wants to help better the future for our people
not to think like that, we are all the same no different. And he just wants to stop racism and
make it a better place.
11. White Denial.
When whites denial the existence of racism even if it is in front of them. For example, Wise
says" I'm color blind and never notice race."
12. What is Whiteness?
Whitnesses is the meaning into pointing out the negativities of privilege and inequality, it seek to
inspire whites to join with white people of color in the struggle to end racism.
13. Media and racial images.
Bias journalists play a role in media and racial images in which medias are being "de-racialized
when the crime involves whites. Therefore the crimes that whites have contributed are less seen
thus pointing and contributing to the perception that dark-skins are dangerous

The white history month was the celebration of white race's history.
