Credible? This site is first credible because it is an .org link. Also it has contact
information such as phone numbers and an address.
Value: I will use this source to further describe the issue and the impact on P-12
students. It provides many ideas for helping the teen parents care and provide for
their child, so I might be able to use it in describing one of my solutions/strategies.

Center for Disease Control. Health risk behaviors and health outcomes: Sexual behaviors
survey. (2011). Retrieved from http://www.cdc.gov
This site is used for the United States Health Regulations. We used this site mainly
for issues dealing with Teen Pregnancy. It gave us a survey that is done every 2 odd
years, and the survey that we used was done in 2011. The survey was done on High
School students from the 9
th
to the 12
th
grade. The survey is a series of questions
that range anywhere from alcohol, drugs, sex, home life, and relationships. We
used the part on sex.

Source Type: Online Article

Current: This survey was conducted in the year of 2011.
Credible? This site is first credible because it is a .gov link. Also it has reliable
sources and reviews. The site also uses doctors to answer questions that people may
have. As well they have contact information where people can come in contact with
someone from the CDC if they need help with something.
Value: I will use this source to further the issue and the impact on P-12 students. It
also provides many facts about Teen Pregnancy. We will use this source to further
educate the parents of students on what their children are doing outside of school.
Infographic List. Teen Pregnancy Facts & Statistics (Infographic). (2012). Retrieved from
http://infographiclist.com/2012/03/13/teen-pregnancy-facts-statistics-infographic/

where they need factual pictures for others to see. We used this site for our back
board.

Source Type: Online Article
Location: Internet (Google search of the Documentary Teen Pregnancy)
Current: This site or article was published in March12, 2012.

is that it is linked to a .gov link. It is government funded. Also there is contact
information in case you want to contact the website. Also the article uses footnotes.
