Health Promotion Seminar Plan

Main Seminar Objectives
Cognitive =After 8 weeks of nutritional training the clients will demonstrate the ability to make healthier nutrition decisions to better their
well-being while taking part in the grocery shopping event in week 8.

Psychomotor =After attending the seminar, the client will engage in a healthier lifestyle by applying the tools they have assembled to
demonstrate correct food choices throughout the day. Assessment of client progress will be conducted using a pre/post survey.

Affective = After attending the 8 week nutrition seminar, the clients will display self efficacy in their ability to make decisions about the basic
wellness and nutrition, the client will be (informally) assessed (throughout the seminar) through the use of exit tickets, discussion and ability to
create meals using practice food.
