About Reurbanist:
Reurbanist (www.reurbanist.com) is a growing Canadian based retail development and urban
planning/design consultancy that provides consultancy services for mixed-use developments
that feature retail as one of their primary uses. Our clients have included private sector
developers that wish to develop retail-anchored transit-oriented developments as well as public
sector government entities that wished to collaborate with the company to downtown
revitalization strategies.

North America - U.S.A.& Canada
Asia - China, India, South Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Turkey
Middle East - Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, U.A.E., Qatar

Africa - Egypt
The Successful Candidate:
We currently are seeking a talented intern that is looking to join a growing company. The ideal
candidate would assist with conducting market research for up and coming international and
domestic retail development and urban downtown projects. The successful candidate would:
Have a high level of interest in learning about current retail development & urban
planning/design trends.
Be able to conduct market research in English, Korean is an added plus!
Quickly adapt to creating professional consultant quality reports in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Compile data in an easy to read format, whether it be in Excel and/or PowerPoint.
Learn from mistakes and be willing to accept constructive criticism.
Adapt to using Toggl (https://www.toggl.com/) and Asana (www.asana.com/).
Working Conditions
The intern will be expected to work part time on a project by project basis. Payment will be
determined on a project by project basis, pending on what tasks might be assigned. The intern
will be able to work remotely, but should be based in Seoul. Web conferences & screen-sharing
sessions via Google Hangouts/Gchat will be required to review tasks and work progress.
