    Dear Ms. Black,

    I have personally reviewed your complaint received by this office on or about September 4, 2009
    regarding the alleged illegal refusal by the Texas Workforce Commission to pay unemployment benefits
    to you. All of the offenses about which you complain are misdemeanors and this offense does not have
    jurisdiction to prosecute these kinds of cases. If you wish to pursue your complaint, you may file it with
    the Travis County Attorney's Office.

    Therefore, we are closing the contact at this time.
