The following describe my strongest skills from all categories from highest to lowest.

1. MANAGE A MODERATELY-COMPLEX WEBSITE - check and update links, monitor
traffic, troubleshoort problems, register with search engines, etc.

2. PRODUCE A COMPUTER-BASED PRESENTATION with text and graphics by using
programs such as PowerPoint, Persuasion or other software.

3. PREPARE AND DELIVER A PRESENTATION to an important group or large audience.

4. CREATE AND UPDATE AN ADVANCED WEB PAGE with frames, downloads, sounds,
graphics, tables, menus, etc.

5. DESIGN A MODERATELY-COMPLEX WEBSITE that is functional, useful, logically
organized, easy to navigate, and consistent in style.

6. DESKTOP-PUBLISH A COMPLEX DOCUMENT using a professional desktop publishing
software to prepare for printing a multi-page book, magazine, manual, or major
report.

7. RECORD, EDIT, MIX AND PROCESS DIGITAL VIDEO by recording or importing video
images as digital files, then working with them to create files for use in a video, CD-
ROM, DVD, Web site, or presentation.

8. INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A LOCAL COMPUTER NETWORK (LAN) by connecting
desktop computers to each other, to printers, and to a server and trouble-shooting
common network problems.

9. PROVIDE SOFTWARE PHONE SUPPORT that helps people to use their software
correctly and productively and to trouble-shoot problems.

10. HANDLE STRESSFUL SITUATIONS by talking to others, remaining calm, settling
others down, and helping with the issue.

11. GOOD OR FLUENT UNDERSTANDING of an additional spoken language.

12. GOOD OR FLUENT READING of an additional language -- I can usually understand
everything that is written.

13. PRODUCE INTERACTIVE MULTI-MEDIA presentation, lesson, game, or simulation
using specialized software such as Director.

14. NEGOTIATE AGREEMENTS by managing give and take and managing offers and
counter offers.

15. HAVE AN ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDE - have thought about starting or running
my own small business.

16. LEAD A PROBLEM-SOLVING INITIATIVE -- in my personal or work life, I am often
one of the leaders who fixes problems and makes improvements.

17. NOTICE UNEXPECTED PATTERNS such as similarities and connections between
things, actions or ideas.

18. EVALUATE IDEAS by comparing their benefits,strengths and weaknesses.

19. CAN EXPLAIN AND DEFEND MY OPINIONS as they are thought out beforehand. Can
clearly explain my facts and reasoning.

20. READ AND UNDERSTAND TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL ARTICLES such as
newsletters, trade magazines, and technical bulletins.

21. CREATE COOPERATION to overcome differences by trying to help everyone to work
together without asking them to change who or what they are.

22. REDUCE CONFLICT by calming things down and creating positive direction.

23. ACT AS A TEAM LEADER by sharing skills and helping less experienced co-workers.

24. TAKE ON A LEADERSHIP ROLE WHEN NEEDED such as on a special project, when
the leader is away, or when there's an unexpected need.

25. BE PATIENT AND PERSISTENT and stick with a task until its' done, even if it's
frustrating, difficult, or takes a long time.
