The proponent will start considering the input from series interview and ocular inspections of the

CMU officials, including the president to know the technical and operational background of the
school. This will be use as basis for the total number of terminals and number of students who
will enroll. In regards with the present condition inside the campus , the proponent performed
site surveys inside the campus to know the basic knowledge about the present condition such as
company profile and current security setup to know how to start the operational , scheduled the
cost and risk analyses, rather than that a strategic area of selection, selected best technologies
needed for the development of the project based on related researches, proper planning and
designing on how to evaluate and validate the specific device and materials that going to used
thru comparative analysis were considered by the proponent to record a concrete documentation,
findings, conclusion and recommendations in developing A network backbone model inside the
campus.
