Estrategia
Cognates
A cognate is a word that is spelt the same in English
as in Spanish. Most of the time they mean exactly
the same too. There are many cognates in this
module e.g. un hmster. Can you think of any more?
However, some cognates dont have exactly the same
meaning and these words are called false friends.
