I will always go for refuge,

To the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha,

"ay no one e*er be separated from their happiness,
"ay e*eryone ha*e e+uanimity, free from hatred and atta!hment.
With my body, spee!h, and mind, humbly I prostrate,

I de!lare my unwholesome a!tions from all time,
$nd re,oi!e in the *irtues of all.

$nd turn the Wheel of Dharma for us.
