DATA COLLECTION

PRIMARY
Survey questionnaires, administered to bankers of the different banks will be the key tool for obtaining
relevant information. The questionnaire will be developed in such that it covers all the necessary areas
of research related to E-Banking.
Another pivotal method that we will be using to collect information is interviews, may it be face to face
or over the telephone with banking officials. This will help us get an idea of the services provided by the
different banks.
SECONDARY
Pertinent literature review on existing researches related to the E-Banking sector is our source of
secondary data. This will give us an idea of which areas had been covered and which needed to be
researched more. In addition to review, journals, books, write-ups, reports, articles etc. written by
experts in this field will be used to analyze the current situation with regard to the variables being
tested. Moreover, the websites of the different banks will also be used to know the types of services
they provide.
