I lead the NAFTA Lean and Six Sigma program for the Vegetables Division of Monsanto. My primary role
includes training and mentoring Six Sigma Green Belts, Black Belts and Lean Practitioners as well as running
my own continuous improvement projects. In addition, I have experience conducting Lean kaizen events.
Currently, I am mentoring over 74 Six Sigma and Lean projects. I am based in Oxnard, CA.
