400 g carne tocat de vit 200 g carne tocat de porc 1 lingur de fin 1 cartof de mrime medie, curat i ras fin 2 ou 1 ceap mic tocat mrunt 400 g smntn 2 linguri de tarhon proaspt, tocat 2 linguri de mrar i ptrunjel, tocate sare piper negru, mcinat
Se amestec mpreun carnea, ceapa, ptrunjelul, mrarul, cartoful, oule, sarea i piperul. Se fac chiftele rotunde care se dau prin fin. Se pun ntr-o tav uns cu ulei i se toarn smntna peste ele. Se coc n cuptor pn se nmoaie. Se presar tarhon i se servesc fierbini cu salat verde.
Pont: cnd folosii tarhon uscat, punei jumtate din cantitate i adugai cu cteva minute nainte s scoatei tava din cuptor.

400 g minced beef 200 g minced pork 1 tablespoon wheat flour 1 medium potato, peeled and finely grated 2 eggs 1 small onion, finely chopped 400 g sour cream 2 tablespoons fresh chopped tarragon 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill and parsley salt ground black pepper
Mix well together the meats, onion, parsley, dill, potato, eggs, salt and pepper. Make small round meatballs and roll them in flour.
Put the meatballs in an oiled oven tray and pour sour cream all over them. Bake in hot oven until meatballs are tender. Spread tarragon and serve hot with lettuce salad.
Tip: when using dry tarragon, put half of the quantity and add it few minutes before taking the tray out of the oven.
