Comments:
Jenna uses strategies and activities that integrates information across subject areas. She relates content learned to
previous learning, other subject areas, and students personal experiences.

Comments:
Jenna consistently checks for understanding throughout her lessons. She provides students with constructive verbal and
written feedback in a timely manner. She uses a variety of assessments to determine what students know and are able
to do.

Comments:
Jenna is really good at relating students learning to real life experiences. She definitely uses a number of different
charts, manipulatives, and visuals to support her teaching. She writes key concepts on the board. Jenna paces the
lessons: slower for new information, faster for review. She encourages class discussions and uses students comments
to guide her instruction.

Comments:
Jenna designs short-term and long-term lessons to facilitate student learning. She uses Instructional Guides to ensure
all standards are taught. She also varies instructional strategies to engage all students. In addition, Jenna integrates
technology and other appropriate materials and resources.

Jenna maintains standards for student behavior, she implements classroom procedures, and uses instructional time
effectively. She models and promotes fairness, caring, and respect. She also responds to inappropriate behaviors in a
fair and equitable way.

Jenna is present and punctual regularly. She is always willing and able to go above and beyond my expectations.
