GBJ is a high-performance additive for the dyeing of polyester-
cotton blends in Jet Dyeing Machine using reactive and disperse
dyes. By using GBJ wastage of reactive dyes is reduced
drastically. Brilliant shades are possible with judicious use of
GBJ.

PROPERTIES
Physical Appearance : Water White Liquid

Nature : Mixture of nonionic and cationic compounds

Ionic Behavior : quasi cationic

Solubility : Miscible with water at room temperature in all
proportions.

Compatibility :Compatible with all types of reactive and
disperse dyes.

APPLICATION
After conventional polyester dyeing, drain and Caustisize
fabric with 1% NaOh for 20 minutes at 70
0
C.
Pass GBJ @ 1.5% on weight of fabric and hold at 70
0
C for 30
Minutes.
To the same bath add required amount of reactive dyes and
and take temperature to 85
0
C for 45 minutes.
Drain water and treat fabric with acetic acid (pH-5-6) and
dye fixing agent as required.
