Micro, Small Enterprises (MSE)

Introduction of Simplified Loan Proposals forms.

MSME-1. For Small Road Transport Operators.

MSME-2. For all Micro and Small Enterprises

(both Manufacturing and services)
For limits up to Rs.25 lakhs.

MSME-3. For all Micro and Small enterprises

(both manufacturing and Services)
for limits Rs.25 lakhs to Rs.2 Crores.

Presently various loan proposal forms are used for various activities under Micro & Small
Enterprises (Manufacturing and Service) including Professional Self Employed, Retail Trade
Business Enterprises and all other service activities.

2. Based on the recommendations of Dr.K.C.Chakrabarty Committee (Working Group on the

issues and problems confronting Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), including timely and
adequate flow of credit etc) which recommended developing a simple application cum sanction
note, we have harmonized the proposal forms across all activities under the MSEs and devised
the following simplified proposal forms.
