A strong and dynamic form of hatha
yoga in which a set sequence of
postures are practiced, linked by the
breath. It quickly promotes a strong
and supple body and focused, more
peaceful mind.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga uses physical postures
to strengthen, stretch, tone and
rebalance the muscular and skeletal
system. It helps to promote a feeling
of calm and wellbeing as well as
improving concentration.
Yin Yoga
A gentle, restorative and meditative
practice in which simple postures
are held passively for extended
periods. Efects are deep and

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A dynamic fowing form of hatha
yoga, similar to ashtanga but
without a set sequence, and thus
more variation of postures.
