If I stick to this Code of Ethics then it will make me the )rinci)al that I as)ire to be. &s I
look at )rinci)als I have worked for I know that the ones who were the visionaries were
the ones who trul" im)acted learning for their teachers and their students alike. -he"
were the ones who created environments where teachers wanted to come to work and
where students wanted to come and learn. I want to be )resent. &s I am walking down
the hall I want to know the names of m" students and I want them to know that I care
about them. I want m" teachers to know that 'ust like them( I am sacrificing things in m"
)ersonal life but if the" are going to be there then so am I because we are in it together. I
want a communit" because at the end of the da" we are with these )eo)le for more
waking hours than our own famil" so lets love one another( build relationshi)s with one
another and go out and change the world for the sake of each one of our students.
